At 13, I came across an overlooked startup in the data compression space. I convinced them to let me invest alongside their seed round… four years later that company would sell for over $1B, I would found (and exit) my own first startup, and truly begin my unconventional journey.


In the decade since, I've been a small part of some amazing teams and I'm excited to find my next.

In my role as CEO/CTO at Genity (a next-gen cloud hosting platform) I explored alternative computing platforms including analog signal processing and FPGA based acceleartion in addition to conducting low-level research on SOTA encryption. I was leading a team of 25 (24% PhD) deveopers and researchers to design and productize a brand new cloud platform from the bare metal up.

Most recently, as a deep tech VC (Upheaval Investments), I have advised global teams building cutting edge hardware and software. I've seen the struggles first-hand of commercializing innovations or trying to build with unique business models. At the same time, I've developed a network that has helped companies raise billions from other private equity investors.

I've been looking to make a change back into a hand-on business/engineering role and very excited about all we have to learn from this burgeoning field of intelligence. I fully agree with the massive opportunity created by efficient computing and demonstrated recently by teams like DeepSouth. I'm a great leader of technical teams given a lifelong inquiry at the intersection of business and engineering so I'd love continue that by finding a way to work together on this endeavor.


It’s going to take a lot everything to manifest a novel computation platform, but I want to be on the team making it happen.
